Hong Kong Photo Diary 2: Hong Kong Disneyland & Hong Kong Park & Others
On the 5th day which is a Sunday, we spent our time exploring streets around the Central area.
Not to mention, the hotel we stay provides free shuttle bus to Central Station and also Admiralty Station. You can save your transportation fee by using their free shuttle bus to town.
This was outfit of the day!
Love the wallpaper! Greenies are the best! ^^
This was taken in front of Agnes B cafe in IFC mall in Hong Kong Station.
Should have tried their afternoon tea! ><
Later, we visited Temple Street, Goldfish Street and some other famous streets nearby.
Initially, we planned to have afternoon tea in Crabtree & Evelyn Tearoom somewhere near those famous streets but then we couldn’t find the store.
We then ended up in a dessert shop where I will talk about it in another post.
On the 6th day, we went to Disneyland!!
This is the one and only place that I’m looking forward to throughout the whole trip!
I have this plan of visiting all Disneyland in the world.
Sounds like a kid but I have a Dream! haha
So we took the train from Hong Kong Station to Disneyland Resort on a 30 mins ride.
This is the Resort Line Train that has Mickey Faces!
The minute we arrived, it was raining and didn’t manage to take a pic of the entrance!
So we took this!
Mr. Pink tried to reach for the NOT STAR! haha
Head to the ticket booth to purchase our pass and make our way to the park.
The design of the pass never changes even after 2 years!
The last time I went was this also!
Why Hong Kong Disneyland like that one?! haha
We even purchased the 3 in 1 meal coupon for HKD178.
You can purchase this coupon at the ticket booth after you purchase your Park Pass.
Our first meal of the day!
Beef Burger & Ice Lemon Tea for me costs HKD102
Fried Chicken for Mr. Pink costs HKD104
(We don’t have to pay cos we bought the coupon and we used it to claim our meals)
For more info about this 3 in 1 meal coupon, please check out their official website.
For snacks, you could either choose Popcorn or Drinks and we claimed 2 drinks which cost HKD22 each.
Dinner we had fried rice (HKD70) from Comet Cafe which tasted really bad!
Drinks cost HKD22 each!
Total amount for 2 will be HKD436.
3 in 1 meal coupon (HKD178x2 = HKD356)
So, we saved HKD80 which is less than 20%.
Not really worth for money actually!!
There are restricted restaurants that you’re supposed to claim your meals and also not a good choice if you love to try all sort of snacks that are only available in the park like this cute Mickey-Minnie ice-creams
There are few rides that I like in Hong Kong Disneyland and here are my BEST 6 picks!
Guess where and which?
“It’s A Small Small World”
5th Place is from Toy Story Land
It’s the “Toy Soldier Parachute Drop”
We were lucky enough to get on a ride with the soldiers!
We sat with the captain without knowing and had pretty fun conversation with em’!
Not to mention GOOD LOOKING too! haha
When we’re done riding the parachute, here they are for picture taking session!
Now, let’s get on to the 4th place
3rd place goes to
Excuse my oversized Boyfriend Pants!
Seriously! It’s dropping off my hip!
The latest “Mystic Manor”
The concept is very similar to Haunted Mansion in Japan Disneyland
1st place goes to
“Big Grizzly Mountain”
Highly recommend this!!
Don’t go watch any videos of it!
Go try it out yourself!
You’ll LOVE it!
That’s the end of Disneyland and on the last 2 days, we went strolling around Hong Kong Park and streets in Mongkok.
Waiting for the hotel’s shuttle bus to arrive to get to Admiralty Station
Hong Kong Park is very near to Admiralty station and it’s only few minutes away.
Captured some pics while strolling at the park
Love the feel of this pic!
Still looking OK!
Now silly shot!
The trademark Fish Lips again!
Now! HURRAY pose!
That’s all folks!
